Memonestia stores the photos you select, folder information, sharing choices, and account information from Google or Apple (account identifier, name and email when provided).

선택한 사진, 폴더 정보, 공개 설정과 Google·Apple 계정 식별자 및 제공되는 이름·이메일을 서비스 제공에 사용합니다. 사진 접근 권한을 허용해도 모든 사진을 자동으로 업로드하지 않습니다.

Photos / 사진

New uploads preserve selected original photos and videos, including embedded metadata, videos up to 50 MB and photos up to 20 MB, subject to server storage limits. Separate compressed image and video previews are generated. Older uploads may only retain a processed copy. Firebase handles sign-in; Supabase stores application records and photos. Photos are private until you share them with all or selected folder members. Authorized members can download originals; copies they download remain outside our control.

Firebase는 로그인을 처리하고 Supabase는 앱 데이터와 사진을 저장합니다. 새 사진·영상은 서버 저장소 한도 내에서 영상 50MB·사진 20MB까지 선택한 원본과 포함된 메타데이터를 보관하며 사진·영상 압축본은 별도로 생성합니다. 이전 업로드는 가공본만 남아 있을 수 있습니다. 공개 전에는 촬영·업로드한 사용자만 조회할 수 있습니다. 멤버가 이미 내려받은 사본은 공개 취소로 회수되지 않습니다.

Memories and comments / 기록과 댓글

We store the stories, memory dates, comments, reactions and reports you submit. Shared content and comments are visible to space members with access to the parent photo or memory. Your account display name identifies your shared contributions. Space owners can review and hide reported comments only when they can access the parent item.

작성한 글·기록 날짜·댓글·공감·신고 내용을 저장합니다. 공개한 기록과 댓글은 원본 사진 또는 기록에 접근할 수 있는 공간 멤버에게 보이며 계정 표시 이름이 함께 표시됩니다. 공간 관리자는 신고 사유와 해당 댓글을 확인하고 숨길 수 있습니다. 나만 보기로 변경하면 댓글도 같은 공개 범위를 따릅니다. 기록을 삭제하면 그 기록의 댓글과 공감도 삭제됩니다.

Face search / 얼굴 검색

Face matching is optional and runs locally after your explicit consent. Use only your own face as the reference. Reference images and temporary face descriptors are not uploaded or persisted. They are cleared when you close the search. Matching only scans photos you can already access, never changes sharing permissions, and may produce incorrect or incomplete results. Videos are not scanned.

얼굴 검색은 명시적으로 동의한 경우 기기에서만 실행합니다. 기준 사진은 본인 얼굴만 사용하세요. 기준 사진과 임시 얼굴 특징은 서버로 전송하거나 지속 저장하지 않으며 검색창을 닫으면 지웁니다. 이미 접근 가능한 사진만 비교하고 공개 범위를 변경하지 않습니다. 결과에는 오류나 누락이 있을 수 있으며 영상은 검색하지 않습니다.

Notifications / 알림

If enabled, a device notification token is stored to deliver shared-photo alerts through Expo Push Service and Apple APNs or Google FCM. Notifications do not include photo content or folder names. Signing out removes that session’s notification registration.

알림을 켜면 기기 알림 토큰을 저장하고 Expo·Apple APNs·Google FCM을 통해 사진 공유 알림을 전달합니다. 알림에는 사진 내용이나 폴더 이름을 담지 않습니다. 로그아웃하면 해당 세션의 알림 등록을 해제합니다.

Service diagnostics / 서비스 진단

Our hosting infrastructure processes request and error diagnostics to operate the service and investigate failures. Notification registrations also include the device platform. We do not use this information for advertising.

서비스 운영과 오류 확인을 위해 호스팅 인프라에서 요청·오류 진단 정보를 처리합니다. 알림 등록에는 기기 플랫폼도 포함됩니다. 이 정보를 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

Product analytics / 사용 지표

We measure organizer-page visits, album creation, invitation participation and upload outcomes to improve the service. Records use your service session identifier, event time and coarse categories, and are retained in our database for up to 90 days before scheduled cleanup. When configured, production events are sent server-side to PostHog (US or EU Cloud according to deployment settings) with pseudonymous identifiers; PostHog retention follows the project settings. We do not send photos, file or album names, invitation tokens, emails, page URLs or your IP address to PostHog, and do not enable session replay or automatic click capture. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this event collection. Contact the operator for access or deletion requests.

서비스 개선을 위해 모임장 소개 방문·앨범 생성·초대 참여·업로드 결과를 측정합니다. 서비스 세션 식별자, 이벤트 시각과 기능 분류를 저장하며 자체 데이터베이스에서는 최대 90일 후 정기 정리합니다. 연결된 경우 실서비스 이벤트를 가명 식별자로 바꿔 서버에서 PostHog(배포 설정에 따른 미국 또는 유럽 클라우드)로 전송하며, PostHog 보관 기간은 프로젝트 설정을 따릅니다. 사진·파일명·앨범명·초대 토큰·이메일·페이지 주소·사용자 IP는 PostHog로 보내지 않고 화면 녹화나 자동 클릭 수집을 사용하지 않습니다. 브라우저의 Do Not Track 또는 Global Privacy Control 신호가 있으면 이 이벤트 수집을 중단합니다. 열람·삭제는 운영자에게 요청할 수 있습니다.

Sign-in analytics / 로그인 이용 통계

With your optional consent, Google Analytics for Firebase measures login attempts, successes, failures and first Firebase sign-ins by Google or Apple and by web/app connection screen. It uses a browser identifier and processes device and network information. We do not send account IDs, email addresses, photos, album names or invitation links as event properties. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled. Turn collection off here at any time; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also disable collection. These reports cover consenting users only, not all accounts. Google Analytics retention follows the project settings.

선택 동의한 경우에만 Google Analytics for Firebase로 Google·Apple별 로그인 시도·성공·실패·최초 Firebase 로그인과 웹/앱 연결 화면을 측정합니다. 브라우저 식별자와 기기·네트워크 정보가 처리되며 계정 ID·이메일·사진·앨범명·초대 링크를 이벤트 속성으로 보내지 않습니다. 광고 신호와 개인 맞춤 광고는 사용하지 않습니다. 아래에서 언제든 해제할 수 있으며 추적 거부 설정도 반영됩니다. 동의한 이용자만 집계하므로 전체 회원 수와 다릅니다. 보관 기간은 Google Analytics 프로젝트 설정을 따릅니다.

Website traffic / 웹사이트 방문 통계

Vercel Web Analytics measures page views, referrers, approximate location, browser and device information to understand website usage, without third-party cookies. We remove query strings and fragments and mask share/invitation tokens from page URLs before sending. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable these events. 웹사이트 이용 현황을 파악하기 위해 Vercel Web Analytics로 페이지 조회·유입 경로·대략적인 지역·브라우저·기기 정보를 집계하며 제3자 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 전송할 페이지 주소에서 쿼리 문자열과 해시를 제거하고 공유·초대 토큰을 가립니다. 브라우저의 Do Not Track 또는 Global Privacy Control 신호가 있으면 이 통계 이벤트를 전송하지 않습니다.

Control / 관리

You can change photo and notification access in device settings, change sharing in the app, and request account deletion from Account. Deletion requests revoke active sessions. After verifying ownership, the operator completes account and related data deletion within 30 days. You can also request account or selected-data deletion by email without installing the app. See our deletion instructions, data scope and retention details.

기기 설정에서 사진·알림 권한을 변경할 수 있고 앱에서 공개 범위를 변경할 수 있습니다. 계정 메뉴에서 삭제를 요청하면 로그인 세션이 해제되며 운영자가 본인 확인 후 30일 이내 계정과 관련 데이터를 삭제합니다. 앱 설치 없이 이메일로 계정 또는 일부 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수도 있습니다. 삭제 방법·대상 데이터·보관 안내를 확인해 주세요.

Public links / 공개 링크

Creating a public share link allows anyone holding it to view and download the selected shared content without signing in. Links may be forwarded. Member-only links still require membership and sharing permission. Revoke links in Account → Manage shared links. Originals can contain capture location and other embedded metadata; remove sensitive metadata before uploading if you do not want recipients to receive it.

공개 링크를 만들면 링크를 가진 누구나 로그인 없이 선택한 공유 콘텐츠를 보고 내려받을 수 있으며 링크는 재전달될 수 있습니다. 멤버 전용 링크에는 멤버십과 공개 범위가 적용됩니다. 내 계정 → 공유 링크 관리에서 취소할 수 있습니다. 원본에는 촬영 위치 등 메타데이터가 포함될 수 있으므로 수신자에게 전달하고 싶지 않은 정보는 업로드 전에 제거해 주세요.

Deletion requests receive a private status link. After completion, the receipt contains only a random reference and request/completion dates, expires after 30 days and is removed by scheduled maintenance. / 삭제 요청 시 비공개 처리 상태 링크를 제공합니다. 완료 후 접수증에는 임의 참조값과 요청·완료일만 남고 30일 후 만료되며 정기 정리 작업으로 제거됩니다.

Safety and preferences / 안전과 이용 설정

We store the terms version and acceptance time, reports you submit, moderation decisions, and blocked-account identifiers to enforce our community rules. Reports go to the service operator and are not disclosed to the reported author. A report can require reviewing the reported content, including member-restricted content. Blocking restricts authenticated access and interactions, but cannot identify signed-out visitors to public links. Account deletion removes these account-associated records.

커뮤니티 규칙 적용을 위해 약관 버전·동의 시각·신고 내용·검토 결과·차단한 계정 식별자를 저장합니다. 신고는 서비스 운영자에게 전달되며 신고 대상 작성자에게 공개하지 않습니다. 검토를 위해 멤버 한정 콘텐츠를 포함한 신고 대상 콘텐츠를 확인할 수 있습니다. 차단은 로그인 상태의 접근과 상호작용을 제한하지만 공개 링크에 로그아웃하여 접근한 사람을 식별하지 못합니다. 계정 삭제 시 관련 기록도 삭제합니다.

Authorized service administrators use a separate restricted console to review reported content and execute verified deletion requests. Administrative action logs contain the operator, action, reference, time and review note; access is restricted and logs expire after 30 days. / 권한이 있는 서비스 관리자는 별도 관리 화면에서 신고된 콘텐츠를 검토하고 본인 확인된 삭제 요청을 실행합니다. 관리자 작업 기록에는 처리자·조치·참조값·시각·검토 메모가 포함되며 접근을 제한하고 30일 후 만료합니다.

Storage, providers and choices / 보관·처리 제공자·선택

Cloud content is retained until you delete it or your account, subject to the deletion processing period described above. Essential session cookies keep you signed in; device storage holds your language preference and pending upload copies until completed or removed. Firebase Authentication, Supabase and the hosting infrastructure process data to provide the service; Expo, APNs and FCM process notification delivery data when enabled. Provider processing may occur outside your country. We do not sell your personal data, run ads or implement cross-app advertising tracking. We require service providers to protect the data they process for us. You can request access, correction or deletion through the support contact, withdraw optional photo/notification permissions in device settings, and stop optional face search by closing it.

클라우드 콘텐츠는 위 삭제 처리 기간을 포함하여 콘텐츠 또는 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다. 필수 세션 쿠키는 로그인 유지에, 기기 저장소는 언어 설정과 완료·제거 전 전송 대기 사본 보관에 사용합니다. Firebase Authentication·Supabase·호스팅 인프라가 서비스 제공을 위해 데이터를 처리하고, 알림을 켜면 Expo·APNs·FCM이 전달 정보를 처리합니다. 제공자에 따라 거주 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며 광고나 앱 간 광고 추적을 구현하지 않습니다. 처리 제공자에게 서비스 데이터 보호를 요구합니다. 연락처로 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있고 기기 설정에서 선택적 사진·알림 권한을 철회하거나 얼굴 검색창을 닫아 선택 기능을 중단할 수 있습니다.
