Use the report button beside a photo, story, comment or member. For public links, urgent concerns, child safety or appeals, email choisj2702@gmail.com with the relevant link or item identifier and a description. Do not attach illegal images or send passwords. The service operator reviews reports independently of album owners.

Delete your Memonestia account or data / 계정·데이터 삭제

Open the account deletion form / 계정 삭제 화면 열기. Sign in to the account you want to delete, review the data scope and confirm. Apple accounts are asked to authenticate with Apple so we can revoke the connection. No app installation or support email is required for this path.

삭제할 계정으로 로그인한 뒤 삭제 범위를 확인하고 확정하세요. Apple 계정은 연결 해제를 위해 Apple 본인 확인을 진행합니다. 이 경로는 앱 설치나 이메일 문의 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.

To request account deletion without installing the app, email choisj2702@gmail.com with the subject “Memonestia account deletion” and the email used to sign in. We verify ownership before processing the request. Never send a password or verification code. In the app, you can also open Account → Request account deletion; this signs out your active sessions.

앱을 설치하지 않아도 위 이메일로 제목을 “Memonestia 계정 삭제”로 지정하고 가입 이메일을 보내 요청할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인 후 처리하며, 비밀번호·인증번호는 보내지 마세요. 앱에서는 계정 → 계정 삭제 요청을 선택할 수 있고 로그인 세션이 해제됩니다.

After verifying ownership, the operator completes deletion within 30 days. This removes your authentication account, profile, uploaded photos and videos (including previews), records, comments, reactions, memberships and notification tokens. Groups and shared albums with other active members can be transferred to a remaining member to preserve their contributions. Albums without a remaining eligible member are removed. Comments and reactions attached to deleted content are also removed. Other members’ accounts are not deleted. Copies already downloaded by other people cannot be recalled.

본인 확인 후 30일 이내에 인증 계정·프로필·업로드한 사진과 영상 및 미리보기·기록·댓글·공감·멤버십·알림 토큰을 삭제합니다. 다른 활성 멤버가 있는 그룹과 공유 앨범은 소유권을 이전하여 해당 멤버의 자료를 유지할 수 있습니다. 소유권을 받을 멤버가 없는 앨범은 삭제됩니다. 삭제된 콘텐츠에 달린 댓글과 공감도 함께 삭제되지만 다른 멤버의 계정은 삭제되지 않습니다. 다른 사람이 이미 내려받은 사본은 회수할 수 없습니다.

To delete selected data while keeping your account, delete your own photos, records or comments in the app, or email us with the relevant album and items. Verified requests are processed within 30 days. Deleted account profiles and content are not retained in the live service. Restricted operational records of the deletion (reference, time, result and operator) are retained for up to 30 days to verify completion. Infrastructure backups and security logs expire under the hosting providers’ retention policies and are not available as active albums.

계정을 유지하면서 일부 데이터만 지우려면 앱에서 본인이 올린 사진·기록·댓글을 삭제하거나, 해당 앨범과 항목을 이메일로 알려주세요. 확인된 요청은 30일 이내 처리합니다. 삭제한 계정 프로필과 콘텐츠는 활성 서비스에 보관하지 않습니다. 완료 확인을 위한 제한된 삭제 작업 기록(참조값·시각·결과·처리자)은 최대 30일간 보관합니다. 인프라 백업과 보안 로그는 호스팅 제공자의 보관 정책에 따라 만료되며 활성 앨범으로 제공되지 않습니다.
